Final workshop in IMBY project

On 27th November 2015 the last workshop for software data exchange was held in Velika Gorica. The workshop was attended by employees of the company VG Čistoća d.o.o. They will input data on quantities and types of separately collected waste that can be recycled. The same workshop was held on 4th November 2015 in Velenje for employees of CPU Velenje, who will enter data on refurbished products, which are available at the Re-use center.

Final conference of project IMBY

Final conference of the project IMBY took place on 25 November 2015 in Velika Gorica and at the newly built recycling yard Mraclinska Dubrava.
The conference was attended by over 150 guests, mayors and other representatives of local authorities, representatives of utility companies, the Fund for environmental protection and energy efficiency, businesses, educational institutions, representatives of civil society, the media and general public.

The conference will be held on 25 November 2015 at 10.00 am in Velika Gorica, Zagrebačka 37, Velika Gorica.

Software for data exchange workshop in Velenje

On Wednesday, 4th November 2015, workshops for the application to exchange data on the quantities of collected waste were held at MIC Velenje. The workshops were held for Slovenian partners in the project IMBY, which will use the application to enter data about products that are available in the Velenje Re-Use center (CPU).

Study visit of waste collection and treatment facilities on island Krk (HR)

On Wednesday 26th August 2015, representatives of partner organizations involved in the project IMBY conducted a study visit to Ponikve Eco-otok Krk, d.o.o., during which workshops were held to exchange knowledge, experiences and best practices between the representatives of the company and representatives of project partners.  This is one of the best examples waste management in Croatia.
